This is the second half of the Multiverse of Plotting class that starts in the 9:30 time slot. Both halves are included in the $119 registration for this class.
Mary Robinette Kowal and Elizabeth Boyle take you on a hands on and in-depth examination of the wide world of plotting theory. From full length novels to short stories, all of these have one thing in common: a plot. We’ll explore the various plotting arcs, frameworks and methods, guiding you through taking a story from a spark of an idea to fully realized story map. We’ll also look at the various software tools that can help you organize your ideas and plot into a working framework from which to write your story.
NOTE: This is a double master class taking up two time slots for a total of six hours. The cost of this class is equivalent to 1.5 master classes: $119CAD for conference attendees. You will only register for this class once during registration.
